According to “HAROLD KOONTZ” management is the art of getting things done through and with formally organized group Management is both a science and an art. As a science It refers to a systematized body of knowledge that explains certain general truth And as a Art It refers to the practical application of existing knowledge skillfully (F.W Taylor,1911).
